Introduction to Research on Language Teaching is one of the content knowledge subjects that should be learnt by the fifth grade students after they have passed several prerequisite subjects. This course providing students to have sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge of Quantitative Research. This course gives opportunities for students to master certain aspects of research methodology which covers the nature of quantitative research, research problems, assumptions and hypothesis, review of literature, research designs, sampling designs, measurement and data collection, and data analysis. By the End of this course, the students are expected to have theoretical and practical knowledge on quantitative research and are able to design a mini research quantitative research as collaborative.
